Introducing CR Kids – “HaBaWaBa School”

We are excited to announce the launch of CR Kids – HaBaWaBa School, an innovative European project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Sport Programme of the European Union.

The project focuses on supporting the development of young water polo athletes and coaches through modern educational tools, international collaboration, and digital learning opportunities. CR Kids aims to create a strong educational environment for children aged 7–13 while promoting inclusion, fair play, skill development, and positive sporting experiences. (YouTube)

The initiative is implemented through the collaboration of:

• Waterpolo Development / HaBaWaBa International Festival
• Anemos Nautical and Cultural Club
• Technical University of Crete
• Club Aquatico Pescara

CR Kids combines sport education, digital innovation, and international cooperation to improve coaching practices and youth athlete development. Through the project, coaches will have access to:

• Free educational webinars
• Video-based training resources
• Technical skill development materials
• International knowledge exchange
• Community collaboration opportunities
• A digital platform with coaching resources and drills

A key element of the project is the creation of an open-access educational database containing practical exercises, videos, and methodologies for grassroots water polo coaching. (Waterpolo Development World)
